You probably didn’t land your current position to be just like your peers.
You have a unique perspective. You have seen and heard things they haven’t. You know things they don’t know. And they’ve seen and heard things you haven’t. They know things you don’t.
You won’t make a difference when you’re too afraid to rock the boat.
Be willing to stand out as you stand up for what you believe to be true.
And be willing to learn from others who have a different background than yours.
