“I could make this better, with just a little more time.”
“If I work harder, I can do better at this.”
Sometimes creating the best product or service isn’t the best investment of your time, energy, or relationships. Sometimes “good enough” is a better choice.
Your resources are limited. You don’t have the capacity to truly do your best at every task that’s yours to do.
Some work will have to be merely “good enough.”
Doing your best overall often means being strategic about where you choose *not* to do your best so you have the resources to excel where it matters most.
Will you always make the right strategic choice?
No, you won’t. And that’s OK.
Just … do your best.
