On what’s probably your first day back to “real work” after the holidays, the year’s new start just may be calling you to a bit of self-defeat.
You’re ready for new habits, new challenges, greater accomplishments.
But where will the resources come from? Where will you find the time and energy for what’s new?
As you enter this new year, take some time to decide what you’ll stop doing. Find areas that no longer need your “best” work this year. Give yourself grace and permission to do less than your best in those areas so that you can free up the time and energy for your new goals.
